Credits & Purchasing Problem

Hey, for the past few days I haven't gotten any credits from the songs I play (it says credits earned: 10 or 20 or whatever, but the total doesn't update), and I haven't been able to purchase songs from the shop. I always get a message saying that a bug has occured and my account has not been debited.
Someone I played on multiplayer said this has happened to other people, but the admin thought they had fixed it.
Does anybody have any help here? I would much appreciate it.

You probably just have to clear your cache, and you may not have cookies enabled.

actually, i had already tried clearing the cache, which didn't help. I am also sure I have cookies on.
The problem did clear up when i decided to start using firefox instead of IE though, so I think i'll just stick with Firefox

hey i purchased a song for 1000 credits called flight of the night or something and it gave me this random beginners song in my purchased tab thing...wtf
