I like it as an overall idea, but does it have to be implemented into the entire forum? Perhaps if only certain sections could have it, such as Critical Thinking or just a bunch of sections. Sections like chit-chat and Garbage Bin aren't really there for "intelligence" sake, so having a system where you have to talk properly may make the garbage bin start to suck.
