When i try to download or something it says i dont have permission so i go into edit profile and it says i have to send parental infromation to FFR admin because it thinks im 13 but im not 13 so can any admin fix this or is there a solution to make it work?

Umm, I dunno if it's too late to put my 2 cents in, but it says Age: 14 by your name now

so does it work now or is it still an ongoing issue?
