Chrono Trigger issues

Everyone knows that there are steps that are impossible to hit in the song, and Jimerax also insists that it's impossible to get a perfect on certain other steps. Since there's so much wrong with this file, I suggest the song be restepped.

I've beaten it before, but yeah, it NEEDS to either be restepped or at least, yknow, synced. all i remember it being was a long stream of arrows.
