    RAH!!!!

ok, first if anyone tells me to read the stickies before posting.... then fuck off 'cause I already did.

"If you want to see a song in FFR then get the authors permission"

Well, the author of the song I'd like to see is long since dead and the song is public property now, and that is that original classical version of "In The Hall of The Mountain King" by mozart.

    RE: RAH!!!!

Uhh. No need to get angry about it. If you have the rights to a song, step it yourself, or find someone else to. Then you can TRY to submit it to FFR later on.

It would be insanely hard to step anyway, classical songs = not technically synced which = multiple BPM changes.

if I knew how to step it I would...

and afro, I did read that... I even quoted it in my post...

and raven, you seem to have missed that part of my post that said the author has been dead so long that the song is public property which means everyone automatcially has the rights to it

Then I guess you just skimmed over the "STOP MAKING THREADS ASKING FOR SONGS" part.

That's not what makes it public domain. It's because the original copyright owner hasn't made use of it in a certain amount of years. It has nothing to with the original artist being dead.

You are right though. If someone were to step it, it could be in FFR. However, a thread isn't going to help steps get made.
