Backing up files?!?

    Backing up files?!?

    I've noticed that you periodically have the site down and a sign that says "Backing up files. Be back in 30 minutes"

    EVERY time I've seen that notice, it takes way more than 30 minutes, for instance, today it took over 7 hours for the site to come back up....

    This just get's frustrating for me, and I don't know exactly what's going on, but...can you actually come back when you say you are?

      That is the message displayed when the database is down.

          I noticed that the message became something like "We're working on the problem. We haven't forgotten about you guys!!" toward the end of the fiasco.

          That should definitely be the message from now on.
