if i view a new topic, then click back to the index, it doesnt tell me what topics are new anymore. more annoying than anything

God. Anyway, just click the button at the top, "FlashFlashRevolution.com Forum Index".
Or hit back and then F5 or the refresh button at the top of your screen near your back button.

But seriously, I hope this was a joke.

It wasn't a joke, and it can be fixed.

The reason all topics are being marked read are due to the google ads taking your session away from you! To remedy this, just click the Maximize button at the top of the forums, and you will no longer run into this problem

I probably misunderstood. The way I read that was clicking the back button to get to the forum index.
