I think some form of IP ban is in order. Pub chat consists of people flinging insults at each other as if they were three years old. A sample of pub chat during the day:
Person 1: "Your mom!"
Person 2: "<Expletives deleted>"
Person 1: "<More expletives deleted>"
Person 2: "That's what she said!"
That's basically it, except they don't bother with correct grammar, spelling, or punctuation. I think some harsher punishment is needed, such as IP banning. It's getting extremely annoying logging in and seeing chat fill up to the top with spam, curses, or other wonderful examples of human idiocy.
(If there's already IP banning in place, I apologize for wasting your time)
