I Cannot Play MultiPlayer...Please Help!

I posted this on a n00b board a month or two ago. I still cannot access multiplayer on R1. I noticed there was a thread a while ago about this, but i dont know what the end result was.
I didnt know if i had to port forward anything, or ....well i dont know. I can connect to other online games, just not this one. Im confused and anxious to play mp. If anyone can help that would be awesome!

If you have a firewall(especially norton), that might be blocking it, so temporily disable it.

I thought it could be that, but i turned off my router firewall and my firewall..
