To make people stop asking what it does, of course! (Keep in mind the sort of people who ask are the sort of people who don't read stickies)
And if you intend to use it in the future, you could just cut it out, and paste it into a separate .fla which could easily be reincorporated once you decide to use it again.
Also, shouldn't FFR64 be rated AO, not T? After all, there is some huge controversy brewing about its "cold tea" hack.
