I've tried several of the songs, but song nor arrows appears. I've tried redownloading, but it doesn't help.. Any ideas?

We really need more information from you concerning your setup and versions of OS and flash plugin and machine type and browser type. It would be like explaining to a mechanic over the phone "My car won't run, what's wrong with it?" and then hanging up.
