Problem with MP!

Ok, FFR is a wonderful game, so I decided to introduce my sister to the game! She loved it, and she would play for hours at a time trying to get better. When she thought she was good enough, she tried out MP... But, whenever she finished a song ONLY IN MULTIPLAYER, I think that FFR logged her out because the pop-up came on the results screen saying that she wasn't a registered member of FFR and that she could have all of these benefits of becoming a member etc. This has never happened to my account, and my sister even made ANOTHER account and the same thing happened. My sister is very frustrated because she cannot enjoy the MP experience as I have. Do you know what is wrong?

Are you both playing on the same computer? that could be it... Even still, if i does log her out, she still gets the MP for THAT game. If she plays another round while she's a 1 or something because of the auto-logout i don't thing she'll gain any MP... or she might... just tryin' to help...

Well, we are playing on the same computer, but I don't know what that has to do with anything. If that really was the problem, it should log me out too then... It is only on her accounts and any new accounts that are created on my computer. Oh, and she doesn't get MP... We checked on the personal MP stats. It still says she has played 0 games...
