Problem with chat and game

problem with chat...
IVe been havin a problem with the chat for some time, im sure many other ppl have too, where u click the chat link and it loads but thats it, it just keeps loading. usualy i just restart my comp and it lets me in, but now that doesnt work.

problem with game...
this is new, the game loads and u click on a song genre and it does nothing.

any ideas for eather?

For the game, you have it set on multiplayer. Put it to any other arrow type and it will work. The chat is most likly full, and you'll just have to keep trying.
