Stepfile / music doesnt load :(

Upon loading a track the step guides up the top appear , but no moving steps or music. Just black . Any suggestions?

are you talking about FFR, or R2. because FFR doesn't have much in the way of backgrounds....

also, what are the specs of your computer. browser, processor, operating system, etc.
