I lost everything...

Hey guys. I saw another thread about this but it was locked. Sorry in advanced for making a new one.

Ive never had a problem untill recent.

Well my question is:
I lost all of my credits and songs, I have never challenged anyone and when I go to buy something in the shop. It says "ERROR purchasing this song" or something along those lines. I have cleared my cache.

I had many unlocked songs in the ? genre of music, and now I have none. If someone could leave me a message, please and thanks, on what to do that would be awesome. Also, is there possible way I could get my songs that I have purchased before along with the ones I have unlocked? I purchased one of the 1000 credits and 2 of the 500 ones...And I have unlocked all the way to "water like pudding??" I think that was the name. I only played it once and it seemed really fun! The author was someone by the name of Jello...Im not sure...Thanks is advanced!!

I know that the ? songs are based on total credits you have... so if you lost all your credits your not gonna have those songs till you get enough credits... I'm sure someone will be able to help you with getitng them back too!

the only way you could have lost your credits is through challenging... or through buying songs.

now, do you have 0 credits... or negative credits. also, are you able to play any songs?

Im able to play some songs. Some songs load perfectly while some in the last section of the "dance" genre load slow and when it gets into the game the arrows move UNBELIEVABLY SLOW! And I have never seen negative (-) credits before...I've never even known that there was such a thing untill I saw it on a post that someone complained about. Also I bought a song and I never got it. All it said was "error in purchasing song" or something to that extent. And when it did that. All my ? genre songs and all the ones that I had bought prior to this incident are now gone...I just wanna know whats up just in case someone encounters this problem so they won't have a hard a hit I did. Anyways, I probably sound like a baby...Dont mean to complain, hehe. Thanks soo much for your time and effort.

Im, sorry but I dont really know much about that stuff. My dad got it from his company around 5-6 years ago and it isn't even name brand...so to answer your question. I don't know

In knowing my "specs" of my computer would this solve anything or what?

5-6 years ago. THAT is your problem.... you need a new computer. how do you expect to play any games when you're running a 100MHz P1 and Win95.

that is causing your lag and all of your errors.... nothing you can do about it without getting some new hardware. i doubt you can play many games at all on that. must be difficult.

Oh no trust me...its hella fast. It doesn't even take long to load when I play and the game is REALLY smooth. I just have trouble on a couple of songs mainly CIA rave and one more I can't think of right now. And I have played this game forever on this computer and it hasn't given me problems UNTILL last night. So saying that its my computer I dont think is right...but then again I know NOTHING about computers. I just dont feel that all of the sudden within one day my computer just deletes everything when the past year I have been playing perfectly fine and smooth...

Well can an admin or whatever restore my credits? I swear I had like only 600 hundred. Ah what the hell...I'll just play. More practice I geuss
