    Speed vs Score

Hey i dunno if this has been dealt with already, i dont post in the forums too often, but i was wondering what the score difference will be once we have speed adjestment.

If you've already recognized this, fine, but if there isnt some sort of score adjustment, i can see n00bs playing CIA rave on 0.5 and PC'ing it, which would be unfair to anyone who can actually play the song.

Actually most people play on higher speed mods.

IF YOU ARE THE BOMB YOU WILL CLICK THIS and if you dont, you suck.

The speed mods that are being added aren't song multipliers, they're scroll multipliers. I doubt FFR will ever have song multipliers.

Besides, there's no REAL way to play CIA Rave anyway, other than slam your keyboard monotonously as the arrows rain down. Then again, that's half the songs on FFR, isn't it?

Draigun has a screenshot of him Perfect Full Comboing Cia Rave. Meaning no misses, boos, averages, or goods. Some people really are that good.

And with the arrow scroll rate, most people would play on 4x. Putting it on .5x would make the arrows so clumped together that reading them would be impossible. These rates are not the actual song rate. The arrows all hit at the same time as always. It's just that the spacing between them increases as they fly up the screen much faster.

This would be easier to explain if I told you to get Stepmania. You're thinking of Music Rate. We're thinking of Arrow Speed.

Seriously. The keys aren't that hard to read. The worst part is when they stick those down buttons in and ruin the pattern. Anybody know where to get this for stepmania, I want to try w/ some song multipliers.
