Negative Credits

Ehm, I seem to have a problem. FFR says that I have -239 credits. This wouldn't be a problem, as I could earn them back, except for the fact that not a one song shows up. I've tried another account and it works fine, so it's something serverside. I'd appreciate some sort of fix for this, as I'd like to keep my usernames on the different bemani forums consolidated.

I have a similar problem. Not with the negative credits (I'm happy to have any; my account was created back in May and I haven't touched it since the first time I played the game), but when I try to play, every single genre is empty. I'd appreciate any help that anyone can give... I'm finally on a computer that can handle the game.
