I'll go through each part of the large menu on the right, starting from the bottom...
Test - I don't even need to explain why its worthless.
Hosting Service - I guess there should be a link for it somewhere.
Web Links - Outdated. There isn't even returned linking from the sites that are still active...Just takes up more space.
Top List - Meh, you could have these stats available on the stats page.
Topics - Organizing old news is not needed because all of the updates are irrelevant to today. And if you want to just plain see them, there are more practical ways than going through the news by category...
Submit News - Could be a link somewhere else.
Stats - Worth keeping, I guess...
Sections - A section about nothing...
Search - Everything you would want to search for would be easily accessible.
Reviews - 2 sentence reviews don't do anybody good. And the reviews that weren't written stupidly don't mean anything anymore. The idea isn't bad, but isn't really needed.
Recommend Us - There should be a link for it somewhere.
News - Same as Home...

Radio X 4 - Four times the fun. You could just make a radio page, which has the radio listening options and the schedule.

So everything that is worth having a link to, that isn't located somewhere else can easily be fit in in another spot. Let's see, we have the radio options, recommend us, submit news, stats, and hosting service. Boy could we save space here.
The coding of the site is horrible, the FAQ is outdated and needs to be updated badly, the Simfile DB might as well go, you don't need to specify that this is the FFR forum/whatever in the left menu...who else's forums would they be? You could end up making the bar on the left much smaller after cleaning it up. You could save Synth a lot of time and money by updating this shit. I say trash the entire left menu and make the main menu at the top. You would just need to use the entire bar where stuff is already located. Get rid of the clock and the welcome message, and voila...menu. Simplify the shit going on above the menu (not needed), and now you're on your way to a simple and efficient website.
If you weren't afraid of coding something yourself, you could setup the login/who's online shit going on in the place of the top right menu/top right blank space, above the horizontal menu. Everything could fit up there...
