"Loading User Data" tends to take 5-10 times longer for me than before on the R3 Air client, usually on the order of 10-20 seconds.
It's not a terrible problem, but sometimes the fact the other 4 factors have loaded instantly but User Data is still waiting makes the loading screen look like it's frozen.
One of the cardinal user experience rules of designing a loading screen is to include something animated to indicate to the user that the program has not frozen and is still "doing something."
Even something a simple as making the loading bar have an animation on its texture, or have the ellipsis at the end of "Loading..." cycle from . to .. to ... as many programs do will help.
I strongly suggest adding this.
