i click on <song that does not exist> and the song does not load, it seems to have some sort of bug (yes I know stating the obvious.) I see Synth's name on the highscores, and since Synth does not cheat, the song must work for some people.

Hmm, I don't recall ever seeing a "That song" before. Sometimes we see things on there that aren't really there. Like one time I saw a song by Bob Dylan on here, and it didn't exist. It couldn't exist - it'd take months to clear the red tape. So, just pretend it didn't happen, and pretty soon the programmers will make these "song glitches" vanish.

And edit your post, too. Don't want any false rumors spreading.
