Hello, I haven't gotten any responses from an earlier post (different thread) in a couple days, so I'm gonna put a thread here

Hey, question here. R^3 standalone isn't loading i.e. stuck at 0%. Velocity standalone loads just fine, internet is stable otherwise. I moved back into college today, is 99.9% why the issue popped up. It was perfectly fine back in the spring though. Cleared cache, that didn't work. What should I try for the next couple of things?
This also isn't just a standalone issue. I can't do anything with R^3 in any browser. Also, R^3 replays will not load, I get the same thing, stuck at 0%. I've tried a lot of things at this point, not sure what to do, what problem this is, or how it'll get fixed.
Apparently krunkykai had come across a bit of this earlier but I'm not him so I don't know what he ran into.

R^3 is loading fine for me, so it's not a global issue... If you've cleared cookies, cache, checked to make sure you have proper installations for flash player, then I honestly haven't a clue. Would it be possible that your college internet blocked some areas of the internet?
I used to have 0% problems myself now and again but that was either because the database for music was down, or my internet was literally garbage tier, and required a power cycle.

Are you connected to your school's secure wireless network? Some public networks block certain ports such as the ones required to load the R^3 engine or profile chat.
If that doesn't work you could also try running Ccleaner and checking the box for Adobe Flash and Java under applications and maybe that'll fix something

my best guess is that your college's internet has been running for so long without a fresh clean reset that it's bugging down for some things. I don't have any other clues to what may be causing it other than that or a very very specific virus that is preventing you from running R^3's music database specifically, which just doesn't happen.
And you said you haven't had these issues before you moved to your college and only had them after you moved to the college, so that's where my guess lies. It's not with the computer, it's with the system.

Adding things like 'um' just looks silly, it's like you're trying to say 'hey I'm shy, look how shy I am, this conveys my shyness,' and it makes you look like you're simply attention-seeking rather than genuinely trying to become part of the community.
