I was supposed to receive this skill token
However that is not the case. If i did something wrong please let me know, and if not can i be rewarded this skill token somehow?

You need to get a combo of exactly 1224, not exceeding that amount. You have a max combo of 1295, so that doesn't fulfill the requirements. Nice try though!
