vROFL get attempt

Welp, I just spontaneously tried to whore EHHS for vROFL starting at about 4:30am. I had around 70mil when I started. I kept trying until 5:15am, when I stopped I had 154mil. So, in approximately 45min I had acquired nearly 75mil. This rounds out to around 1.555 repeating mil per minute. Had I continued at this place in less than 15 hours I would have gotten over 1 billion.

Now that the explaining is out the way, I have a few questions.

1. Everyone that has gotten 1 billion in a day, what in the world is wrong with you?

2. If I were to attempt this at a later date. Do you have any tips that might help out for next time?

3. Is EHHS the only song that works really well when attempting the 1 billion get?

Thats pretty much all I can think of at this time. So, yeah any help answering these questions would be appreciated.

P.S. Its 5:30 am here. My math right now might not be the best and my grammar is probably atrocious but please don't hold that against me. >_<

P.P.S Attempting the 1 billion get is really tiring. I have a new found respect for those that have done this.

1) I can't speak for the people who did it, but they're crazy. I'd attempt it, but I'm going to save that for a certain event. ^^

2) Any song with a high NPS would be a good choice. If you can't handle stamina draining songs, pick one that has a high NPS but isn't too difficult.

3) I don't feel like doing the math, but EHHS looks like it has around a 12/13 NPS on average. Taking into account your own math, I'd say there are many songs that could be used, some easy as well. it depends how well your stamina is and how much you like the song. :3

Also, if you attempt this at a later date, good luck! I'd suggest getting a nap an hour or 2 before server reset and not playing much before the transition, haha. n.n

The Adventures of Lolo is also a good song to rack up points, it's more dense than EHHS and also shorter.

1. I am skilled at grinding something for a long time.

2. Autofail with 1 miss. Have drinks and snacks at all times next to you. Make sure you have the whole day free for sure. Support from others helps. When you get really far into the day a useful phrase I think of to help me keep going is "I didn't come all this way for nothing". Can't think of anything else right now.

3. System Failure, EHHS, Lolo, RATO (if you can mash forever lol), Kakke Ecko, Tamashii (decent one but not the best), Yoshies Cookie (would barely put you above 1 bil if you AAAed this for 24 hours straight, I suggest you use this to give your hands a break from harder songs), first 400 something notes of Hellbeat v2 (Im not sure about this but I have heard someone mention it). Probably more I cant think of right now. I personally used System Failure with breaks of Yoshies Cookies.

- You don't even know... after the "tiring" part, the pain start to appear. lol

- 1 miss autofail
- Take 10-minute breaks every 3 hours
- Start with harder songs, then when you get tired or develop mindblocks, switch to another one... left the easy songs for when you are really tired. Then just mash, mash and mash.

3. Is EHHS the only song that works really well when attempting the 1 billion get?

I got it with:

- EHHS <--- autofail before note 738
- Four Blocks Madness
- Kakke Ecko <--- This was the one I played the most
- The Adventures of Lolo

Freedom Dive is also a really good alternative. It has a 16.316 TPS average which makes a slightly lighter mashing alternative than RATO - but this is only if you have it. (RATO's TPS average is around 18 if you don't play the empty ending)

An even lighter song than the above two files is The Adventures of Lolo. This gives an easy 14 tps with mashing and is nowhere near intense.

Reviving for the sake of thanking those who answered. Thanks everyone. Seems like this is going to be a lot harder than I thought but I'm still game for it. Hopefully within the next few weeks I'll be able to attempt again. In the meanwhile I need to work on my stamina.

@Elite Ninja - This is what probably killed me this time around since when I play regularly I tap hard because I like hearing the beat of the song in my keytaps. :3

yeah I know what you mean. I PA better with harder keytaps and I like the sound of it as well but for this you dont need to worry as much about PA and worry more about combo and endurance.
