same as ffr basically, although it'll probably be perpetually open.
same concept as ffr batch, zip your song and send it to [email protected]
Forgot to ask, are submissions team only or are multiple batches allowed? Basically I'm asking if I can submit the same file here and to ffr. Also I did step a song in Stepmania; however, creating the song with the tool did not create a dwi or sm/dwi old files and thus the simfile can't be moved until I figure out what's up with stepmania.

you could submit a file here and on ffr, but it'll have to be taken down if ffr puts it up.

You can, but it's discouraged. If you do manage to get your file on a team engine, and then later on FFR, the file on the team engine must be removed. I think it's better if you step files exclusively for team engines, and other files exclusively for FFR.

Gotcha, many thanks bmah and yoshi for the help. ^^
[EDIT] Google has failed in helping solve the problem, so here it is in detail. I downloaded stepmania 3.9b, ran the smzip to create a new song from one of my personal creations, and stepped it. Unlike other created songs, this file lacks the dwi, sm.old, and dwi.old. When I move the song to another section of songs, it loses the steps entirely, meaning I can't submit it. Do I need to downgrade, upgrade, or use a different program entirely to step songs?
