lol... no.. this is just a popular alternative to ddr.. lots of the people on this site actually play ddr.. just this is better because it has more skilled songs, and doesn't get us in much of a sweat..

I can assure you that tons of people that play this game are amazing or either have played DDR in the past and are currently playing both. I for one play DDR now and then and I play FFR too. This is just a game to have fun with when your not at the arcade.

Get into Stepmania as well.... you'll be amazed how much more advanced the songs are, and flip out at what people here can do.

Ah, one of the most beautiful and not to mention rare sights we see here at FFR. A n00b who is very thankful of Synth's creations and has a lot of respect. Verruckter should get a prize.

And yeah, FFR is an alternative to DDR, especially for those who can't play DDR because they don't own it/don't have access to machines. And Synth's free time gets him more people here a day than the number of people you see in a day.

I play DDR too, but, as other people have said, this is also fun and you don't work up a sweat. Playing FFR can also sort of help you in DDR, because you can work on finding the rythm of songs. Yes, many of us do have too much free time, but some of us just FFR for fun.

WOW OMG YOU CAN FLAUNT YOUR DDR CRAP. Get the hell off these boards, DDR is a boring game and you probably suck at it anyway.

I play DDR, PIU, SM, FFR, O2Jam, PnM, IIDX, and BM.

On DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) I can pass every song on every difficulty, and AA MAX300, all without the bar.

On PIU (Pump It Up), I can pass everything except for like 1 or 2 songs (5 or so if I don't use the bar)

On SM (Stepmania), I'm one of the best 3 proven players in the world. Assuming everyone's scores isn't BS, top 15-20.

On FFR... check the scores for NeoMAX, CIA Rave and AIM Anthem.

On O2Jam, I can pass pretty much every song except for UpNDown Rhythm Mix.

On Pop'n Music, I can pass almost every 40 except for Depa Funk, Curry, and like 1 or 2 others. I've also passed two 41s, Slash Beats EX and Classic 4 Hyper (the song in the Asian Arcade video on ebaumsworld)

On IIDX, I've passed every song up to 8th style on 7 keys without autoscratch except for The Safari and A, and passed every another except for the uber hard ones like Holic, flashing 7 anothers, etc.

On Beatmania the turntable is a piece of shit so I've only passed a few 9s, but still.
