Re: 50 Billion Here I come
Are you me? Lol.
But seriously, don't play to improve. Play songs you enjoy that are just slightly out of your skill level like others have said and eventually you'll get better without having a mental block or stressing over it.
And you can't compare yourself with other people. Some people just "get it", some have a better ergonomic setup/keyboard, and some play other rhythm games and then come back to FFR to sandbag all over the tourneys *cough*.
I've been playing only FFR off and on for about as long as I've been a member and I can see myself being in or around the same position as you or worse in your situation, so I know that feel, bro.
Edit: "Only FFR" meaning no other rhythm games, and "off and on" meaning not playing for months at a time (including when FFR was down for almost a year).Last edited by elturista; 12-21-2011, 04:05 PM.Comment

The best way of getting better in my opinion is to challenge yourself each day. Do something you don't normally do, and try to excel in whatever you're trying to do. At first you may not be getting the results you don't want, but perseverance is definitely the key. Striving to better your overall skill will take you far in FFR and SM. Not just on a individual song.Comment
