Honestly, there's not really a "way" to be good at ffr. ffr is a pretty straight up game. You either(most of the time)can do it, or you can't do it.
But, I suggest you actually start trying to play ffr instead of looking for an easy way to be good.

You might be new to the forum too, or not, but please try and slow your roll on the thread making.

It took me over 3 months before i aaa my first song. I realize now that i suck at aaa'ing songs, that doesnt mean im not good. Don't try to aaa anything before you can fc everything in the game, thats my 2 cents.

2. Play with the settings or something. If you really have played 26k+ games you already should have it AAA'd
