Offset value for Hiszekeny

I'd like to go for a PA on Hiszekeny, but I think the notes are a bit offsync. I'd like to try out the offset option to see if it helps. Is there a value that I should zone in on?

First, figure out what part of the window you're hitting. When you hit on beat, are the arrows in front of the receptors, or behind them (very top of the screen)? If you find yourself hitting before the arrows hit the receptor, you'll want a negative value (1, or 2 if it's really off). If they're hitting behind the receptors (nearly off-screen), you'll want a positive value (of 1 or 2).
