for some reason whenever i try an change the apperance nothing happens, anyone know whats wrong or have a solution to my dilemma?

I have a feeling he's talking about colors and backgrounds in general, since nothing in his profile has changed or edited.

This is what I thought you originally meant.
If you're using the normal FFR Engine it doesn't work, and I don't know why.
I don't see a link to the Velocity Engine on the homepage whether logged in or not, but they do work in this one.

If for some reason I shouldn't have posted that, which I doubt,(although I see no link on the homepage whilst logged out) someone tell me and I'll take it down ASAP.
