Hey all, I've been reading about some of the things some people have been b*tching about, and I have many quick fixes,
First of all, FFR on pad/controller is FEASABLE, EASY EVEN!!!
1.) Stuff You Need
a.) Descent DDR Pad/Other Controller Of your choice
b.) PSX ->USB Converter,
c.) A Single Extra Program (Link will be mentioned later)
d.)I only know how to do this with Windows
2.)How to do it!
a.)First of all, get your Pad/Controller to the point where Windows can see all the Button presses, w/e
b.)Secondly, download and run this program: http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA016...y/jtk374en.zip
c.)JoyToKey allows you to convert joystick (your DDR pad/controller) button presses into simple keyboard commands, or mouse commands ^-^
d.)Just follow the following Screengrabs and Captions and you'll be FFR'ing on your pad in Seconds....
Get Windows to Accept Keypresses from your joystick...

Narrow down your number of joysticks to 1

Check Your commands, make sure they are blank
3. www.bigopinionstudios.com/JoyToKey2.bmp
Make your commands to your liking, and to fit your pad/controller
4. www.bigopinionstudios.com/JoyToKey3.bmp
5. Make sure you only Shrink Joy2Key, It will stay in your System Tray, ready to reconfigure later,...
6. Joy2Key is quite fun to mess around with,.. I used my joystick for a mouse ^_^

~OPTIMIZING FFR~
1.)Close Everything except for the window that FFR is running in,...
2.)FFR Fullscreen is nice for TV play, Not For monitor play,...
3.)You see that little "Q" in the left side of the screen, click that until FFR looks like poo
4.)Right Click in the Flash Window, go to Settings, Click the little folder thing, that is the storage settings,.. set it ALL the way to the right, this will up your FPS a little, TRUST ME!!! IT HELPS!!!!
I hope all these little pointers help you to not want to piss toward Synth anymore,...
