if you check my profile out you will see the headers white and the text is white and i want to know how to get the white headers to be a different color anyone know how?

By changing the hex values of the profile editor.. I could swear there was a tutorial around here.

Show style editor > Default/banner/bg editor > Block title bars (changes the text color of the headers) > Background color (changes the color of the header)

Click "show profile editor".
Then Click on the "Default/Banner/Background - Style Editor"
Then set a color for the block title bars background and text color.¸
