Okay so i've been not getting ANY of my credits when i play songs, and on top of that i'm losing my rank bc i can't even update so everyday my rank has been getting lower and lower yet i've been FC'ing much more songs, can someone please help?

Hmm, did you use a trainer or some sort of program to cheat any scores? If so, they won't help you out. If something else might've happened that wasn't your fault, they might be able to help you out but you will still have to get your scores over again.
By the way, it might help to send a private message to an Administrator.
You could try:
aperson
Devonin
Velocity
Sprite-
lightdarkness
Those are the most active administrators that could help you out, but be aware that they have PLENTY of messages to go through, so they might not respond right away.

Yeah its odd bc i've never heard of a trainer or even tried to hack the game, this is the FIRST time i've gotten on in over a year and like idk what to do bc i want this is all to be fixed and i want to restart ALL my scores again
