Use Flash 9; it's better than 8.

The Flash 8 standalone works best for me, the Flash 9+ standalones cause stutter and lag like ****ing hell on my FFR. I suppose whatever works for the individual.

I'm also not using Game Booster either, just the Flash 8 standalone stopped all FFR lag that I was experiencing. I did have Flash 9 and Game Booster and it didn't improve my performance at all, but a new keyboard and flash 8 did.
