    Formula for scoring

how exactly is your score tallied? as far as i can tell, max combo affects it, but i'm not sure how and how much. if anybody knows the actual formula for figuring out the score, please tell me (it's so i know what i need to work on for higher scores).

    thanks in advance.
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

    In game scoring:
    50 points per perfect
    25 points per good
    5 points per average
    -5 points per boo
    -10 points per miss

    Post game score calculation:
    add these:
    Perfects * 500
    Goods * 250
    Averages * 50
    Boo * -15 (i think)
    Miss * -300
    Max combo * 1000
add together those and your in game score, and that will give you your total..the underlined Max Combo shows why Max Combo is very emphasized (too emphasized in my and many people's opinion).
One day there will be a really cool sig here. But not right now.

Because misses are more lethal the closer to the middle of the song you are.

oh, ok. that explains why i'll get 1 miss in a song and have 75% of the #1, and if i get them all but less perfects i get 99%
