Edit: I can't find the "all skill" graphic of the hand pointing its index finger up or the rendered ring for the token.

There needs to be like a level 2 set of tokens, were there is like another 100 tokens and they go up by difficulty, 1 being the easiest unlock and 100 being the hardest unlock. Or like that kinda of setup but you have to unlock them in order, cant skip around.

I have this from the pseudo token thread awhile back, though I'm not sure if it is what you specifically wanted as far as quality goes.

It is pretty poor quality but that's how all of the other ones are... If we are trying to improve the graphics I could just start from scratch.
