    Warming up

I find that in the mornings when I wake up and go straight to playing FFR It is usually harder for me to get into then if I allow my body to naturally warm up before playing the game. What are some serious tricks or tips you all use to warm up before playing this game, and how do you think they affect your overall performance for the day?

I will use musical lyrics for my siggy.

      Re: Warming up

I will admit that one is great, but really I am looking for tips that you believe help your overall daily performance One besides just practice. Do you get some caffeine, an energy drink? Maybe tap your fingers? I'm just looking for interesting ways people have warmed up before playing this game. I am sure there are at least a few people that have something to say.

Keeping your hands warm is very important. If it's too cold in the morning, it could half your speed! Caffeine is great as well in my opinion (drinking a Hype right now, soooo good)
I usually play different types of songs (Streams, Jacks, etc.) to warm up. And if you use Stepmania, try using the rates to your advantage (increase by 0.1/0.2 until you can't FC/pass it anymore).
I also play speed clicking games, as in trying to get as many clicks as possible within 10/30 seconds. I usually use Click Challenge (10 sec) and Click Quick (30 sec) on Facebook.

That's just stuff I do, different people do different things!

Im very bad at warming up before I play, my advice is to just chill play songs for awhile till you start to loosen up a bit. Then once you feel you are ready to start playing a bit more serious, go at it.
