Players Priorities

While I am happy that the website is back up, I cant seem to play more than one or two songs before leaving the site because the scores aren't being recorded yet. I beat an old high score on a song by 700,000 points and I'll just have to do it again later. Honestly, without the drive to earn a better average rank, I'd rather go play open ITG on some of my own stepfiles. I will really get back into playing again when they get the scores recording again.

Here a pair of questions for all of you: What do you think should be fixed first? Are the scores recording as important to you, or would you rather them fix multiplayer or video chat first?

I believe someone posted a list of priorities. I think it was profiles first, then score, then I dunno.

Im just saying I'll play a lot more when I can replace some of my old scores and get 11 million more points for the 3 billion threshold. I like numbers, statistics, and scores, it's mainly what draws me to games.

How about a priority of finding out why so many people still can't play? Even after deleting their files etc. It's rather random when I get to play a song, and by random I mean hopefully once every half hour if i'm lucky and determined enough to keep trying. It's just frustrating, I guess...

catzeye, if you're that desperate to play a song, you should use lightdarkness' FFR engine that's hosted up @ http://ffr.lightdarkness.net/FFR/

If you still can't play, why not just play on the other FFR mirror. http://ffr.lightdarkness.net/FFR/ It's not like scores record at the moment anyways.

Give it two or three days and most of the systems will be re-enabled, if not all. A week, and every core system should be operational.

Thanks, I didn't know about that mirror. But! There's a big problem. My arrow keys don't work with it. All I get it 'boo!', and no, I don't just suck! lol

edit: I suppost I'll just content myself with not actually hitting the arrow keys. : P

This is a regular problem, just refresh until it works.

Cat. You need need to type in a speed like 1.5x then hit set speed for it to work. I played it all summer lol

Reason: No point playing MP if your scores don't record :P (but then again its used for hanging out too so w/e)
