                                              When I'm hitting jacks, I usually tense up my wrists and raise my arms slightly higher compared to when I'm hitting anything else (streams, etc.) so that my fingers curl more towards the tips. Helps me wristjack sixteenths 170 bpm or less quite easily.

                                              Also, flat keys aren't a must, but they help loads.

                                                          Yeah, I've actually been doing this and it helps, but not enough.
