any advice

does anyone have any way to enhance the speed of your fingers in the spread position? cause every time on a song with a fast stream ex: vertex beta, perfect cherry storm, I do really good until the parts where it does either left (d) and down (f) really fast simultaneously, or when it does up (j) and right (k) really fast simultaneously. i do not know how to get better at this please help

One hand trilling is something most people have difficulty with. You should just continue practicing songs with left/right handed trills in them. That way you can build up enough stamina to hit 'em accurately.

Hitting them as jumps isn't really cheating--it's how you handle how close the arrows are. Naturally if you aren't fast enough but still wish to hit the arrows in the three perfect frames, anything you do within one setup is legal.

you can also emulate a trilling motion by holding your fingers together like you're hitting a jump but rotating your wrist back and forth

if it's just too damn fast to trill, think about not hitting it as jumps but as very quick gallops, i.e. hitting both keys almost at the same time but one a bit after the other, so you do can it in one motion
