How's it calculated?

I know it has to do with combo and all, but I'd like to know EXACTLY how it works.

i.e.: I AAA Excite bike, and get 49,600 Total Score. How did they get to that number?

Each 1 combo is worth 1000 points
Perfect=550
Good=275
Average=55
Boo=-20
Miss=-310
