Pros and cons of each? Thinking of getting Stepmania, not too sure yet, any thoughts?

stepmania is good for improving yourself
FFR is good for showing off (it shows you your world ranking)
I have both, stepmania improves accuracy and speed, which I use in FFR.

Stepmania:- Good online and offline practice
- Improves all aspects of skill ranging from MA, Speed, etc.
- Timing windows aren't as lenient as FFR
- Countless song and pack variety
- Better stepfiles than FFR files as a whole
- Interchangeable speedmods and noteskins to suit a player's preferences
- Changeable themes
FFR:- Playable anywhere, given that you have a computer with access to internet
- Online rankings
- Levelrank and Average Rank stats
In summary, stop playing FFR and play SM already.Comment

I find FFR funner than SM, and I love rankings, so the bunch of different rankings definitely keep me interested in the game.
As for SM, it's overall a better game, and it's better for improvement, at least later on in ya 4 key rhythm game careers.
