If there were still avmisses, the difficulties would still be FMO's instead of VC's and I would've FC'd a FMO for the first time by now. ;___;

It was actually easier to get tier 0 before the avmiss fix. I pretty much restored the whole tier point list from just before avmiss fix, and tier 0 was so much easier to get then than now. I dunno, it feels way easier for me to avoid avmisses now than back then.
