Next time if you have a problem occur such as this, send a PM to an FFR administrator, or if necessary, post it in the FFR R1 Bugreport & Suggestions forum.
I know that Skill Tokens may take some time for it to register onto your account after you have actually attained the token, however I am unsure of how normal Tokens will cope. I suggest you wait a while, and check again to see if you have the token or not.
If not, contact an FFR Administrator through a private message and they will deal with the issue.
A bit of future advice, if you happen to 'unlock' a skill token, but you never get it, check the requirements again! There are many cases when users have found themselves not having followed the instructions carefully, or misreading the requirements of the particular skill token.
