    They're called captchas and they suck. But, the problem is still that they an register.

        I agree, and I would rather deal with deleting gay comments than see those dumb things show up on FFR. Registering is one thing, commenting? NO.

            You can get away with spam if its non-threatning. But what I can't truly understand is why bring bots here on FFR? It doesn't make sense. Only a tenth of the population is barely active and half of us would just end up deleting them. If you ask me its just another waste of time. They should start thinking of adding spam blockers if needed to. Only when the situation gets worse that is.

            What do you guys think? Spam-Block?

                    Don't see how though... who would actually pay money to get their spam ads in people's inboxes? Is it really worth the money when almost everyone who receives said spam won't even look at it?
                    The US Government estimates that somewhere in the neighbourhood of 10 million dollars per year is scammed from Americans by e-mail scams like the Nigerian Banker et al. You underestimate -severely- how stupid many people are.
