Songs with long runs of single notes (or maybe a few doubles)... (e.g. the triplets in Song For All Time, or the long run in Zelda Stormy.) Preferably something of moderate difficulty.

You're looking for streams? Try Norgers in Dance; Elements and Platypus in Misc.

EDIT: If you get brave, try Euthanasia and Nice Nice Noise, also in Misc. I was trying to shoot low with my original recommendations, but there aren't a whole lot of slow streams that are long, and you said you wanted long ones.
