Do you guys think FFR should enable a RIGHT to LEFT option for multiplayer?

This actually belongs in the FFR R1 Bugreport & Suggestions forum.

Could you be more distinct in what you are trying to say? If you are talking about which side your arrows are played on, the default has always been the left side, and it is not a high priority to change features in multiplayer at the moment. That also goes for the Challenge system in the game.

If the other player's side is distracting you, enable MP opponent masking to what you find least distracting. You can find it in the Setting options.

If you are talking about the right-left scroll which you can enable in single player mode, that won't be changed, especially any time soon. There aren't enough players who regularly use those scroll methods in order to make it a relevant or useful feature as of the present time.

The only way you will be able to play your scroll is to turn your monitor onto it's side, change your rotation settings on your computer or download the screen rotation utility iRotate, however it can cause unwanted lag.

Minimize the window and move the internet browser window wherever you feel comfortable. Or literally move your monitor to the side.

Go to your graphics setting in your graphic control center and turn the visuals 90 degrees if you don't want to move your monitor physically.
