i fixed my flash troubles.
anyone with any flash player problems,i know what you need to do to fix it and enjoy FFr and youtube once again.

Download Opera web browser.
its fast and simple.

after that, download the newest version of flash player.
be sure to use task manager to close the web browser when asked to by the download app on the screen.

and ta da!

im happy...

I'm a Vista user, and I fixed my Vista Lag problem simply by changing the display settings (color should be changed from Highest 32 bit to Medium 16 bit).
