Question for validity with a fun idea

I have a really fun idea/expirement that I want to try here on FFR. I simply have one question: are people allowed to knowingly share accounts? I know FFR can't really determine if people are sharing accounts, but if an account is knowingly shared, will it be banned? If not, then I shall create my superwonderspartaculous idea in this thread. Answer post haste!

there have been 1 or 2 cases where 2 people share an account, and it's known to me and the site... but i really do not like it.

it is meant to be 1 person to 1 account. for a few reasons. mostly, accountability. but also, to keep statistics fair for everyone.
