Need some help with doubles

I've been playing FFR off and on for about 3 years now (had another account), but I still seem to suck when it comes to double arrows, especially when they're mixed with single arrows. I start breaking down when they appear lols. Any advice on how to improve with double arrows, or any songs I can practice with?

As for improvement, don't play on and off, but more intensively.

Try playing Fahrenheit, on dance page 6. It's a difficult and it's mostly jumps. What's the level you usually play at (i.e. difficult, challenging, tricky, etc.)?
