Does anyone else find that it seems after you've had an energy drink you do better at FFR or FFR seems somehow easier to you?
I've noticed this a bit so I try to do something really hard at that time.
Do you think I'm right that it helps or do you think it is more of a placebo effect?
By the way I am not advocating any particular energy drink or energy drinks in general. It's just something I've noticed.
